Antique (1900) 18ct Star Set Old Mine Diamond Ring
We have yet to meet anyone that does not adore a star set old cut diamond ring. This one is gorgeous with its three super sparkly old mine cut diamonds set into buttery 18ct gold slightly domed top. It has managed to retain its original hallmarks despite its age of 125 years! It's a ring that will never go out of style.
The old diamonds are exactly what you want to have, they're chunky and with that special fire. The central diamond is an old mine cut diamond of approx .25ct and each side diamond is approx .05cts. They all are approx j/k colour and si1 clarity but face up white with a lot of sparkle.
Hallmarks: Crown 18 for 18ct gold, Leopard head for London and a date letter for the year 1900.
There is also a makers mark "W.L"
Condition: The ring is in fantastic antique condition with wear commensurate with age. There is a small area to the shank where upon close inspection it can be seen that there was a resize in its history. This was done well and there is no thinning to the band.
Weight: 5.85g
Size UK just over L - US 5.75 (resizable)
