Vintage 18ct Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Halo Cluster Ring

When we see a beautifully made Sapphire and Diamond halo ring we immediately think of Princess Diana's engagement ring, which is arguably one of the most famous engagement rings and is still so popular today both as an engagement ring or an occasion ring.
 
This ring is a stunner. The pictures do not do it justice. It flashes all the blues and all the sparkle at every turn. It's beautiful with its rich blue tone accented by a sparkling white diamond surround. 
 
We love the setting of the Sapphire and Diamonds. The Sapphire set in an 18ct gold bezel that sits slightly proud of the 14 sparkling white brilliant cut diamonds set into a halo. 
 
The stones have been tested and verbally assessed within their setting. The Sapphire has been assessed as approx 8mm x 5.6mm. Each diamond is natural earth-mined and brilliant cut. Each diamond is approx .06cts making a total of approx .84tcw. 
 
Hallmarks: 750 for 18ct gold, Anchor for Birmingham and makers mark.
 
Condition: The ring is in fantastic vintage condition with light wear commensurate with age. The central sapphire shows signs of age with some small nibbles and light abrasions to some facet edges.
