Vintage (1961) 9ct Pierced Heart Band

A really unique 9ct gold band. At first glance we believed they were hearts, but after looking closer and closer they could possibly be ivy leaves? Either way it's a beautiful ring! The pierced shapes wrap all the way around the band. The band is super comfortable, the low profile of the band makes it perfect for stacking with other rings. 
 
Hallmarks: 9.375 for 9ct gold, Leopard head for London, date letter for the year 1961 and a makers mark "S&W".
 
Condition: The ring is in great vintage condition with signs of wear commensurate with age. There is one heart that has a scratch running across it (please see last photo under magnification), we genuinely do not feel that it is noticeable when being worn nor does it detract from the piece.
