Vintage 9ct Gold "I love you" Heart Spinner Charm

We love a spinner charm with a secret message. This is a sweet one in the shape of a heart that reads "I love you" when spun. It's vintage and crafted in 9ct yellow gold.
 
Condition: The pendant is in great vintage condition with light wear commensurate with age. The disc spins perfectly. It has a small 9ct gold jump ring that has been soldered shut. As the jump ring is small, it would suit a small chain or can be hung on a clasp.
 
Hallmarks: Stamped 9ct and tested as 9ct gold.
