Vintage Silver "I'm in Charge" Spinner Charm

Well we have never seen this saying on a spinner before! Usually you can guess what they say, because there are a handful of common phrases. But not this one! 
 
Super unique and really fun. We think it would make a great present for someone in charge or for your self if your the boss.
 
When spun the disc reads "I'm in Charge". It spins well and has a good sized jump ring to the top so ready to wear on your favourite chain. 
 
Condition: The pendant is in excellent vintage condition with light wear commensurate with age. The disc spins perfectly. 
 
Hallmarks: The top frame is stamped "SILVER" and the entire piece has been tested as silver.
