Antique (1918) 18ct Diamond and Sapphire Ring
This beautiful antique ring has had a lot of thought put into its design. The three gorgeous cornflower blue sapphires and two rose cut diamonds are set into a panel with openwork all around to make sure that light hits them at all angles.
It sits low on the finger which means it is super comfortable, you can wear her all day every day and she stacks perfectly with other rings.
This antique piece has all of her hallmarks, including a makers mark so we know she is quality. She was made in 1918 in Birmingham, which makes her over 100 years old but just as beautiful as the day she was made.
Condition: The ring is in great antique condition with wear commensurate with age. There appears to be a historic resize mark that can be seen to the interior of the band by the hallmark.
Hallmarked: Crown 18 for 18ct gold, anchor for Birmingham, date letter for the year 1918. There is also a makers mark HWLd, most likely for Henry Williamson Ltd.
