Antique 18ct Gold Old Mine Diamond Ring (UK U)

The chunky hand cut diamond with that open culet and tall crown is the real star of the show with this one. It packs a ton of sparkle and fire and is complemented perfectly by the lush wide band it is set on. The diamond sits in its own bezel setting slightly proud to the 18ct gold band in a custom shaped setting to hold the diamond safely.
 
The diamond is a beautiful cushion shape of approx .5cts VS2 J/K. The diamond has been measured within the setting.
 
We date the diamond to the late 1800s. The setting is most likely modern or recently refurbed as the hallmarks are modern.
 
Condition: The ring is in fantastic condition with light wear commensurate with age.
 
Hallmarks: 750 for 18ct gold, leopard head for London. Makers mark.
