Vintage 18ct Diamond Halo Cluster Ring (UK L)

This is a a little beauty packed with details and sparkle. The halo setting holds a central diamond surrounded by a further 10 diamonds. It sits low to the finger which means it's perfect to wear every day, super comfortable and it stacks perfectly.

Although the date letter hallmark has been lost due to age, the gold hallmark tells us it was made before the year 1975. The makers mark links it to a manufacturer that was popular in the 1960s. So we know she is a true vintage piece.

The pairing of the buttery 18ct gold band with the diamonds held in 18ct white gold is the perfect combination. The diamonds pop and the band makes it feel lush. A lot of thought has gone into the craftsmanship of this ring. The beautifullly crimped floral like setting around the diamonds that peeps out slightly to the reeded shoulders, this ring has a lot of beautiful detailing making it a special piece.

The diamonds have been assessed within their settings as a natural earth-mined central brilliant cut diamond approx 0.3cts surrounded by a further 10 single cut diamonds approx .03cts each. The diamonds have been assessed in their settings as approx i/j colour and Si1/2. They are very white and bright and the inclusions present can only be seen under magnification.

Hallmarks: There are partial hallmarks of a crown 18 for 18ct gold and a makers mark of S&D present. The rest of the hallmarks have been lost with wear.

Condition: The ring is in fantastic vintage condition will light wear commensurate with age. The claws are all present and the diamonds are secure.
