Vintage 9ct Gold Sampan Boat Charm

We are not sure of the origin of this sweet charm, but we believe it is a river boat most likely from an Asian country - possibly Thailand or China. It could very well be a Sampan. Which is a small, flat-bottomed boat from East, Southeast, and South Asia, traditionally used for fishing, transport, or even as a dwelling. So sweet!
 
It has lovely detailing and would be very special for someone who has been on one!
 
The charm is in excellent vintage condition. The 9ct jump ring is pushed shut. 
 
Hallmarks: Stamped 9k and XRF tested.
